OMG I'M OLD

So it's September already. I'm not sure what happened to August. Jeff, Maria and the kids were here and gone. It seemed like a minute. In June, July, and part of August I worked for the Census.
It was fun, and I worked in my own area: Carnuel and north of Old 66. They had a house on the other half of my property, and I had to find someone else to tell them. I wrote down my neighbor's name and address. I don't know if they had another house on his lot, either.

I'm about to make a bunch of tee-shirts. I hope they'll turn out funny.

June, although it's July

I'm pretty sure no one will read this, but oh,what the hey.
I'm still waiting for the weather. This time I'm waiting for it to get cool enough on the days that I actually have time to mess with THE HORSE.
I'm still working for the Census, but it won't last more than 2 weeks. That's okay with me.

What happened to March?
Working out is a part time job. . . but man, do I have muscles. Today, however, I was not up to my usual. Maybe it's because I can stay as long as I need to on Tuesdays, so I'm just lazy.
In Walgreen's today, I heard a song that Mom used to sing to me:

Lazy Mary, will you get up?
She answered, "I am not able."
Lazy Mary, you must get up.
We need the sheets for the table.

It made me miss her, although I never believed it was a real song until I heard it today. She was one good mother.
